Student Promotional-Recruitment Process

This process was our second main competence during the academic year; our goal was to maximize the number of applicants.

We compiled a suitable selection of promotional-recruitment tools, using various promotional channels, including websites, social networks, trade fairs, recruitment agencies etc.

The student promotional-recruitment process begins with the analysis and subsequent promotion of the faculty on the international university market and ends with gaining contact with the applicants.

As part of this activity, we:

  • communicated with:
    • foreign recruitment agencies, particularly those from Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Rwanda, Uganda, India, Turkey, Taiwan,
  • collaborated with the International Department of the Czech Technical University in Prague
  • created a database and were contacting recruitment agencies, creating contracts for them, setting the conditions for cooperation, ensuring subsequent contact and evaluating our cooperation (annually)
  • created a database and were addressing private secondary schools in order to increase the number of applicants
  • collaborated with study portals to increase the number of applicants
  • actively sought cooperation with foreign universities
  • promoted MIAS School of Business CTU in Prague at trade fairs
