| Target | At the end of the course, the students will understand the modern approaches and trends in the field of Talent Management in the current global business environment. An emphasis is laid on identifying and addressing talent, as well as on developing and maintaining a lifelong career in order to increase the contribution of talent within the competitiveness among companies. By understanding the modern approaches and trends in Talent Management, students will improve their skills in the process of recruitment and selection of employees and employers, as well as identify and present their key personal competencies to succeed individually on the market and support their employability. |
Work description:
Our team ensured the overall coordination of the course:
- Preparation of the premises for teaching
- Communication with the students and the teacher
- Assisting the teacher in the course
- Provision of the teaching materials
About ATHENS (Advanced Technology Higher Education Network / Socrates):
Established in 1997, the ATHENS network consists of fourteen European technical universities and nine ParisTech technical schools which coordinate the program.
The central objective of the network is to facilitate the exchange of students, teachers and researchers from the main European technical universities and to participate together in European technological development programs. ATHENS Week is a seven-day scientific and cultural exchange program offered twice a year in November and March to students from all the partner institutions. Approximately 4,000 students participate in the exchanges each year.
