GDPR - Consent to the Processing of Personal Data


In accordancewith Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”)


I hereby give my consent to the UEPO – University Enrollment Process Optimization s. r. o. company, with its office registered at Bajkalská 1173/34, Vršovice, 100 00 Prague 10, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in in Prague in section C, insert 339228, Company ID: 09627383, VATIN: CZ09627383 (hereinafter referred to as “the Administrator”) to process, in accordance with the Regulation, the personal data that I have provided in the contact form on the website.


Data subject means a natural person to whom the personal data relate. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 2 years from the date of provision.

Personal data provided in the web form will be processed for the purpose of contacting the client.

  • The user’s personal data will be processed on the basis of their free consent, under the above conditions.
  • The reason for providing the user’s personal data to the Administrator is the demand for business cooperation; these data will be kept by the Administrator for a period of 2 years.
  • The Administrator may not transfer personal data to a third country, an international organization or other third parties for reasons other than those specified in the legislation (pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation).
