In September 2020, he completed the bachelor’s degree (Management and Economics of an Industrial Enterprise) summa cum laude at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Until August 2020, he was an employee of the International Office at MIAS School of Business CTU in Prague. The acquired work experience naturally supported Michal’s interest in the issues of foreign student recruitment, process and project management and internationalization in education. He created and led the 2nd and the 3rd year of the International Summer School at MIAS School of Business CTU in Prague, including the compilation of budgets and schedules, the negotiations with the partners (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.) and reporting to his superiors. He also participated in the optimization of the processes in the International Office and was co-responsible for the creation of several strategic documents (e.g. the “Sales Plan”), the cooperation with foreign private and state secondary schools and agencies that recruit students for MIAS, and for the international marketing of the institute. He initiated the cooperation of MIAS with numerous foreign private secondary schools and created their database. He participated in the standardization of the cooperation with student recruitment agencies and initiated the creation of a project to increase the awareness of study exchanges and programs among foreign students called “Explore the World with MIAS School of Business!”
He received the Stanislav Hanzl Award for the best students at the Czech Technical University in Prague, was elected an academic senator as a student representative of the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies and the Klokner Institute (December 2019), completed a semester study stay at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, founded and coordinates the Facebook study groups of all years at MIAS School of Business CTU in Prague.
